The Controller is responsible for executing all directives from the Finance Director to ensure that systems and procedures are in place for the efficient maintenance of Northeast Community Clinic and its subsidiaries’ accounting and financial management system. Applies principles of accounting and analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and profit and loss accounts, and prepares financial statements and other financial reports. The Controller leads all day-to-day finance operations and is responsible for directly supervising the accountants and also the payroll, accounts payable and billing supervisors, ensuring timely recording of all financial transactions. Responsible for carrying out the company’s financial plans, its internal control system and procedures, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.
