At Northeast Community Clinic, we are committed to ensuring that all our patients have access to the medical care they need, without the stress of transportation barriers. To support this commitment, we offer free transportation services for high risk patients requiring rides to their medical appointments at our facility.
Eligibility: This service is available to Higher-risk patients (elderly, pregnancy, patients within a 5 mile radius from the clinic) that have a scheduled medical appointment.
Scheduling a Ride: To arrange for transportation, please contact our transportation coordinator at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can call us at 888-311-6322 and we will take care of it.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Our professional and friendly drivers will pick you up from your home and ensure you arrive at NECC safely and on time. After your appointment, we will also provide a ride back to your home.
Special Assistance: If you require special assistance, such as wheelchair accessibility, please let us know when scheduling your ride so we can accommodate your needs.
