The Driver will provide safe, timely and courteous transportation for patients to and from NECC clinics, while providing quality service. The Driver will also be responsible for miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as needed from the Administration office to the NECC Clinics.

- Flexible hours may require some evenings and weekends. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Provides transportation services for patients; from home to clinic and clinic to home - Greet patients as needed during transportation - Prints the transportation report a day of the scheduled appointments. - Coordinates with Dispatcher on transportation issues daily. - Picks up completed super bills from the designated clinic site and takes them to Billing for processing. - Coordinates with the clinic manager to assist clinics during downtime. - Check email daily - Other duties as assigned by Scheduling Coordinator or Operations Director

- Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook - Excellent Communication Skills - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Ability to work as a team player and work independently

- Experience may substitute for education - Bi-lingual English/Spanish - Clean driving record - No criminal convictions - Commitment to goals and philosophy of Northeast Community Clinic - CPR Card (Adult, Child and Infant) - Current BLS Certification - Valid CA Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance

OSHA Category 2 – Involves no regular exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, but may require unplanned tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues
