Northeast Community Clinic is committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all aspects of health care delivery. Our Compliance Program has been carefully developed to ensure that payer requirements for community clinic billing, which includes those of Medicare and Medi-Cal, are followed by all employees and billing agents.
Northeast Community Clinic employees are encouraged to raise any fraud, abuse or compliance concerns they might have directly with their supervisor. Additionally, a Hotline has been created to encourage all Clinic staff to seek guidance regarding their compliance responsibilities.
The Compliance Hotline can be used to report good faith suspected violations of laws, regulations, and Company policy, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation in the event employees are not comfortable reporting a concern directly to their supervisors.
