Northeast Community Clinic welcomes patients with or without insurance.
No patient will be denied care due to his/her inability to pay for services provided within NECC’s scope of services. All patients that qualify for sliding fee discounts will be informed of their eligibility and offered an opportunity to apply. Eligibility is determined by family size and family income. All patients will be assessed for eligibility, unless they refuse/decline.
If you’re concerned with payment, please speak to one of our bilingual financial assistants. They are committed to guiding you through our discounted sliding fee schedule and assist you through the eligibility process. In addition, an on-site Department of Public Social Services Worker enrolls qualified patients into the Medi-Cal and OB program.
Our Patient Enrollment Coordinators are available to assist you with your managed care needs. These services include enrollment into Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage, and MyHealth LA. They can also assist you with Health plan selections and selecting a Primary Care Provider.
